Question 1

What are the service areas?

Accepted Answer

We offer dog walks, runs and drop ins in Centennial and southeast Aurora. Overnight pet sitting and concierge services reach across the south Denver metro, including Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Englewood and Castle Pines. You can enter your address on our Service Area page to check.

Question 2

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Everything starts with a free Meet & Greet at your home, about 15 to 20 minutes. We meet your pets, go over everything, and make sure we're a good fit. After that, you'll get access to our app to set up your profile and start booking.

Question 3

Billing & Pricing

Accepted Answer

All payments are securely processed through our app. You can pay using a credit card, Apple Pay, Link, Venmo, or Zelle. Our current rates can be found on our Pricing page.

Question 4

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paws With Purpose is fully insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI), with general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Question 5

Will you cancel if it is too hot, cold, snowy or rainy?

Accepted Answer

We work in almost any weather as long as it is safe for our team and pets. In extreme conditions we may shorten the walk, modify the activity level, adjust the route, or provide enrichment in your home or backyard.

Question 6

How do you access my home?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a door code, a lockbox with a physical key, or garage access, and suggest having two forms of access in case of power outages or battery failure.

Question 7

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There are no cancellation fees for walks, runs and drop ins. Overnight pet sitting and concierge services require at least 24 hours notice to cancel.
